Ricky Roma all but destroys Williamson after the latter screws up Roma's big sale. One of the two great scenes from Glengarry Glen Ross, and one of Pacino's best monologues.

In a startingly surreal sequence from Ed Wood's 1953 film "Glen or Glenda?" Glen (Played by Wood himself) battles his other transvestite self as Bela Lugosi overlooks. To cap it all off is the most famous scene in the movie when Dolores Fuller hands Ed her Angora Sweater...Wonderful! Art through sheer incompetence! Parts of it remind me of the work of David Lynch or even Bunuel!!!

In Glengarry Glen Ross, Alec Baldwin plays the character Blake, almost earning Baldwin an Oscar for the role. The salestalk presented is one of the finest ever, allthough sarcastic, it contains the foundations of a well meditated salesmen.

From the Czech movie 'Kráska v nesnázích' (Beauty in Trouble). 2006
Lyrics:
Are you sleeping?
Still dreaming?
Still drifting off alone...
I'm not leaving with this feeling
So you'd better best be told
And how in the world did you come
To be such a lazy love?
It's so simple, and fitting
The path that you are on
We're not talking, there's no secrets
There's just a note that you have gone
And all that you've ever owned
Is packed in the hall to go
And how am I supposed to live without you?
A wrong word said in anger and you were gone
I'm not listening for signals
It's all dust now on the shelf
Are you still working? Still counting?
Still buried in yourself?
And how in the world did we come
To have such an absent love?
And how am I supposed to live without you?
A wrong word said in anger and you were gone
And how am I supposed to live without anyone?
And how in the world did you come
To be such a lazy love?
And where did you go?

I don't know you
But I want you
All the more for that
Words fall through me
And always fool me
And I can't react
And games that never amount
To more than they're meant
Will play themselves out
Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you have a choice
You've made it now
Falling slowly, eyes that know me
And I can't go back
Moods that take me and erase me
And I'm painted black
You have suffered enough
And warred with yourself
It's time that you won
Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you had a choice
You've made it now
Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you had a choice
You've made it now
Falling slowly sing your melody
I'll sing along
